- Yes - I've lost my Speedy Rewards card
If you've lost your Speedy Rewards card, you have a few options available to you:
Establish an Alternate ID on your account. Once created, you can enter that 7 to 10 digit number before fuel transactions and during in-store transactions to earn your points in place of your physical Speedy Rewards card. Use your mobile number or another easy-to-remember number to earn points on every visit.
Download the Speedway mobile app for Android or iPhone. Once you log in with your email and PIN, there's a digital version of your card in the wallet section. At this time, you'd still need to enter your Alternate ID to earn points for fuel transactions.
Stop by any Speedway location and pick up a new card. Log in to your account on Speedway.com, click on the down arrow next to your name in the upper right-hand corner, and click on Manage Account. Click on Replace Card (third option in the profile header). This will walk you through marking your old card as lost/stolen and adding a new card, but you need to have the new card in hand.
- Yes - I recently replaced my Speedy Rewards card, but my account doesn't seem correct
If you picked up a new Speedy Rewards card and didn't go through the process of marking your old card as lost/stolen, you need to have your accounts merged together in order to access all your Speedy Rewards points, coupons, and other rewards on your old account.
To have your accounts merged, please contact our Customer Service Department via the web (Contact Us) or by phone (1-800-643-1948 M-F 7:00 AM-8:00 PM, and Sa-Su 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST). Please be prepared to provide either the 12-digit number for your old and new Speedy Rewards cards or the registration information associated with your cards (email address, full name, address, city, state, phone number, date of birth, etc…). If your old card is not registered, we may not be able to locate it in our system.
- No - I just keep forgetting my Speedy Rewards card when I stop at the store
We've made earning points easy and convenient for you ‐ even when you forget your card. Simply establish an Alternate ID on your account. Once created, you can enter that 7 to 10 digit number before fuel transactions and during in-store transactions to earn your points in place of your physical Speedy Rewards card. Use your mobile number or another easy-to-remember number to earn points on every visit.
For smartphone users, you can also download the Speedway mobile app, which available for iPhone and Android devices. Not only does the app contain a digital version of your Speedy Rewards card that can be scanned in stores, it also allows you to redeem your points, track your coupons digitally, and manage your account on the go.
- No - I've relocated and no longer pass a Speedway
Speedway is now located in 22 states throughout the Midwest and East Coast. Check out our Gas Price Search to ensure there isn't a Speedway near you.
