Zoning
Property zoned or can be zoned for gas use. Prefer beer/wine availability.
Population
Prefer 1-mile population of 3,000+
Available Hours
Ability to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Traffic & Positioning
Controlled intersection with heavy traffic. Prefer far corner position with 25,000+ VPD.
Convenience
Convenient ingress and egress.
Submit a Site
Once submitted, your information will be reviewed. If Speedway is interested in your site suggestion and requires additional information, you will be contacted by a member of our Real Estate Department. If you have not heard from Speedway, there is no interest in your real estate at this time. You can resubmit after a six-month period.
